Korra came to me at a super early stage with a request to design a landing page. They were building an AI advisor for crypto investing and wanted to attract early adopters while the MVP was in progress. The startup was targeting non-tech investors who barely understood the space but wanted to get involved. That brought up a challenge of building trust with users unfamiliar with crypto. Here the typical dark neonish design so loved by crypto enthusiasts wasn’t going to work. It would just turn off the mainstream audience. So instead, I suggested a light airy design inspired by fintech and neobanks — something that felt familiar and reliable to the users. That approach helped establish trust and made the app feel more like a safe financial tool.
